2536 802.2 connections drop - no link service available
The SNA Server 802.2 link service was not freeing control blocks correctly when a timer would be canceled. Over time, this would cause all control blocks to be used, causing all connections configured over the link service to fail. This problem would coincide with Windows NT application event log error:
Event 39: Connection <value> failed: No link service available
The SNA Server 2.0 802.2 link service may encounter an application exception when starting on a system installed with Windows NT 3.5 beta (build 612 or greater).

Under stress, the SNA Server 802.2 link service may fail with an application exception. Looking at the drwtsn32.log, the failure occurred in routine "sbpa4s", caused by an uninitialized variable
1985 SNA Server DLC timers not optimally configured (Patch #30)
Ensure that t1, t2, and ti timers configured for an SNA Server 802.2 connection defaults are configured optimally within the configuration file.
Update Procedure:
- Stop the SNA Server service
- Copy the new SNADLC.DLL to the above locations on the server.
