BUG: ESQL-C: #include Directives Can Cause Precompile Errors

SYMPTOMS

Precompiling ESQL-C code that contains #include preprocessor directives that do not start in the first column of the source code can cause precompile errors.

WORKAROUND

To avoid this behavior, ensure that all #include preprocessor directives start in the first column.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Embedded SQL for C Programmer's Toolkit version 4.22. This does not happen with Microsoft Embedded SQL for C Programmer's Toolkit version 6.5. For more information, contact your primary support provider.
