SUMMARYThe DISABLE.INPUT() function in Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh version 2.20 does not disable input from the Macintosh keyboard or from the Macintosh mouse. A macro error will result at the macro cell containing this function when the macro is run on the Macintosh. To prevent this error, use the following syntax:
=ERROR(FALSE) =DISABLE.INPUT(TRUE) =ERROR(TRUE)When an Excel 2.20 macro containing this function is transferred to Microsoft Excel for Windows, the function operates correctly.
