HOWTO: How to Obtain Microsoft Transaction Server Samples

SUMMARY

Many customers have requested additional sample code (beyond that which is included with the product), for writing three-tier Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) applications. Several samples are available on the Microsoft anonymous ftp server: 

   ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/distapps/mts/samples/1.x
These samples include a sample using the MTS Administration SDK and several samples using various data access technologies. Other samples are expected, so check back from time to time. None of the samples available at this ftp site are supported by Microsoft Technical Support.

To obtain the samples, locate the ftp site and obtain a directory of the available samples. You can then download whichever samples you want.
