The information in this article applies to:
When you click Properties on the UserForm shortcut menu or when you click the list box in the Visual Basic for Applications Properties Window, you cannot access the properties for the UserForm.
This problem occurs when you create a UserForm in Visual Basic for Applications and insert a control that covers the entire surface of the form.
To work around this problem, use the following steps to size the form:
1. Click the title bar of the UserForm.
2. Position the pointer over one of the UserForm sizing handles, and then
drag to size the form to a size that is larger than the control that
covers the form.
3. Click an area of the form that is not covered by the control.
4. In the Properties window, click the name of the form in the list.
After you finish setting the properties for the UserForm, resize the form to the original size.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
