This article contains a sample Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications macro (Sub procedure) that prints all embedded charts located on a Microsoft Excel worksheet. Each chart will be printed on a separate page (piece of paper).

1. Open the workbook containing the worksheet with the embedded charts.
2. Point to Macro on the Insert menu, and click Module.
3. Enter the sample macro on the module sheet.
4. Select the worksheet that contains the embedded charts. Click Macros
on the Tools menu. Select the macro PrintEmbeddedCharts, and click Run.
1. Open the workbook containing the worksheet with the embedded charts.
2. Press ALT+F11 to activate the Visual Basic Editor. (Or, click the Tools
menu, point to Macro, and then click Visual Basic Editor.)
3. Click Module on the Insert menu.
4. Enter the sample macro in the code window.
5. In the Visual Basic Editor, click Close and Return to Microsoft Excel
on the File menu.
6. Select the worksheet that contains the embedded charts. Point to
Macro on the Tools menu and click Macros. Select the macro
PrintEmbeddedCharts and click OK.
