The Details Pane in the Microsoft Object Browser displays incorrect information for the following Add methods:
Object/Method Currently displays Should display
-------------- ----------------------- ----------------------------
PivotItems.Add Sub Add(Name as string) Function Add(Name as String)
as PivotItem
Worksheets.Add Sub Function([Before], Function Add([Before],
[After],[Count], [After],[Count],[Type])
[Type]) as Object as Worksheet
The Add method for the PivotItems class is listed as a Sub when it should
be listed as a function that returns a PivotItem object. The Add method for
Worksheets shows that it returns an Object when it should show that it
returns a Worksheet object.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
