Excel: Charts Do Not Print As Well in Other ApplicationsID: Q51544

When Microsoft Excel charts are pasted into other applications and
printed to an Apple LaserWriter, the quality may not be as high as if
the chart were printed from within Excel itself.
When a chart is printed from within Excel, PostScript information is
sent to the printer for higher printing quality. When a chart is
copied from Excel, it is saved to the Clipboard as a PICT image that
does not retain any of the PostScript information. Therefore, the
chart may print at a lower quality.
