Excel: COMMAND+` Doesn't Display Formulas with Certain INITs

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel version 2.20 and 3.00, to toggle the display between formulas and values in a worksheet or macro sheet, hold down the COMMAND key and press ` (the back apostrophe key). However, this key combination may not give the expected results if it is assigned to something else in the System.

If you are running under MultiFinder, it is possible that a program such as OnCue from ICOM Simulations Inc. or QuickKeys from CE Software has configured the COMMAND+` keystroke to perform some other action.

For example, OnCue is a program launcher that can switch between applications in MultiFinder. The default switching key is COMMAND+`, but this key combination can be changed to allow Excel to function in the desired way.
