SUMMARYIn Microsoft Word versions 2.0 and 2.0a for Windows, you can use the MAILLABL.DOT template file to produce mailing labels with address data from a Microsoft Word document or a Microsoft Excel document.
MORE INFORMATIONTo use the MAILLABL template with Microsoft Excel data, the version of Microsoft Word for Windows you are using must be able to read the Microsoft Excel binary interchange file format (BIFF). Microsoft Word for Windows versions 2.0 and 2.0a can read files directly from Microsoft Excel versions 3.0 and earlier; however, if you are using Microsoft Excel version 4.0, you will need to do one of the following:
