Load a Visual Test project (.vtp file) from Windows 95 Explorer or Windows NT 3.51 File Manager, or run the command "msdev project.vtp" from a command line prompt to launch Developer Studio. 2. In Developer Studio, expand the tree in the TestView of the project workspace window. Select one of the nodes in the tree. Choose Insert | New Test Project Item from the menu to bring up the "New Test Project Item" dialog. The error message you may get is: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" Details.. MSDEV caused an invalid page fault in module MSTEST.PKG at 0137:52197c6b.
