SYMPTOMSWhen running a Visual C++ application on a Macintosh that has two monitors, you may see menu text appear on both monitors.
CAUSEThis occurs when both of the following are true:
RESOLUTIONTo avoid this problem, limit the amount of text in the menu bar to what will fit on the primary monitor, or reconfigure the position of the secondary monitor.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft Visual C++ 2.0 Cross Development Edition for Macintosh. We are researching the problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
