Excel: Deleting Formulas from Cells Without Losing Values

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel, to remove a formula from a cell without losing the resulting value in that cell, do the following:

  1. Select the cell (or range of cells).


  2. From the Edit menu, choose Copy.


  3. From the Edit menu, choose Paste Special.


  4. Select Values. Click OK.
