SUMMARYWhen printing a full-page spreadsheet that has the gridlines turned on or has the majority of the page formatted with borders, the printer gives a memory-overflow error message and part of the gridlines or borders is lost from the bottom of the page. The gridlines or borders appear on a separate page. This behavior occurs when printing from Microsoft Excel to the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet Series II with 512K of memory. The printer cannot print a full page of graphics with this amount of memory. With gridlines and borders, the print job is considered a full-page graphic. NOTE: This behavior can also occur using an HP Laserjet III with one meg of memory, if there are lots of borders.
