Excel: No Gaps Between Pages Option Printing to ImageWriterLast reviewed: October 31, 1994Article ID: Q24182 |
SUMMARYWhen you print a Microsoft Excel document to the ImageWriter in Wide orientation with the No Gaps Between Pages option selected, a gap may still appear at the end of the pages. This is because Excel will not place a column across a page break, so if the column does not fit on the page, Excel will place it on the next page. Using Wide orientation and No Gaps Between Pages, you will get the best use of the page by setting the font to a 10-point font and all column widths to Standard width (10). You can then use the magnified Print Preview window to check the appearance of the printout and to see if any other column-width adjustments are necessary.
