Excel: Printing Noncontiguous Areas of a Spreadsheet

SUMMARY

To print noncontiguous areas of a worksheet, a print area can be defined. Noncontiguous print areas print each continuous group of cells on a separate page.

To define a noncontiguous print area, do the following:

  1. Select the first area by dragging across it.

  2. Hold down the COMMAND key while dragging across the second area.

  3. Repeat step 2 until all areas to be printed are highlighted.

  4. From the Options menu, choose Set Print Area.
