Excel: Setup Fails with File Read/Write Error with Empower

SUMMARY

When Microsoft Excel version 3.0 or 4.0 is installed on a Macintosh that has the security program "Empower" installed, the Microsoft Excel Setup program will fail.

To work around this problem, remove the Empower INIT from the System Folder before installing Microsoft Excel.
