SYMPTOMS

When you use the Windows Driver Library (WDL) driver for the Racal Interlan AT network interface card (NIC), RACAL.EXE, you may receive the following error message:

   Invalid keyword/argument. Check configuration.

WORKAROUND

To correct this problem, locate the entry below in PROTOCOL.INI

   [MS$ILANAT_NIF]
   Drivername=NP600$

and modify it to read

   [MS$ILANAT_NIF]
   Drivername=ILANAT$

NOTE: Each time you change network settings in Control Panel, this entry is reset to the incorrect value. You must modify PROTOCOL.INI each time you change network settings.
