Excel: TREND Function Returning #VALUE! in Every CellLast reviewed: November 2, 1994Article ID: Q63064 |
SUMMARYWhen using the TREND function in Microsoft Excel, every cell in the known_y and known_x ranges must contain a value and cannot be blank. If one of the cells does not contain a value, the TREND function will return a #VALUE! error in every cell computed. For more information on the TREND function, see pages 238-239 in the "Microsoft Excel Function Reference" version 3.0 manual. If you are using Excel 2.20, see page 86 of the "Microsoft Excel Functions and Macros" version 2.2 manual.
