"Net Send /Broadcast" Can Be Used by Domain Users

The Windows NT 3.1 Command Reference for (located in the Windows NT Help program in the Main Group) incorrectly states that only Administrators can use "Net Send /Broadcast." Any user who logs on to a Windows NT machine as a member of the domain users group, opens a command prompt and types "net send /broadcast <message>" sends the message to every user on the network.
