Fatal Error on Drive 1On the rare occasions that the back up and verify process does not fail, there will be several errors in the backup log. A large number of the files will be corrupt when restored. This problem occurs with all of Conner's 2 gigabyte (GB) tape drives. It is not operating system-specific. A firmware upgrade to version 2.66 or later corrects this problem.
