 External CPU (central processing unit) caches implemented on the motherboard or CPU chip of your computer will not interfere with Windows NT. However, overall system performance is determined, to a large extent, by the efficiency of your particular CPU cache. CPU cache implementation schemes become even more important on multiprocessor machines.
