How To Cancel NTFS Conversion After Running CONVERT.EXEID: Q130913

The CONVERT utility (CONVERT.EXE) is used to convert an existing FAT or
HPFS partition to an NTFS partition. The CONVERT utility converts the
partition to NTFS the next time the system reboots.
This article describes how to prevent the NTFS conversion from occurring
if it has been scheduled to occur during the next reboot.
In order to cancel the scheduled NTFS conversion, do the following:
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide
problems that may require you to reinstall Windows NT to correct them.
Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of
Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.
