Use the following syntax to launch Control Panel applications and/or open folders:

Syntax Description
Control printers Displays the Printers folder
Control ports Displays the System properties
Control fonts Displays the font folder
Control mouse Displays the Mouse properties
Control color Opens the Display properties
Control international Regional Settings
Control date/time Date/time properties
Control keyboard Keyboard properties


For example, to open the printers folder, type the following at the MS-DOS command prompt:

control printers
