SUMMARY
In Microsoft Excel, when you specify column labels in a pivot table, the
Button text color is changed.
In step three of the PivotTable Wizard, when you define pivot column
labels, the pivot table layout text will change from black to the color of
your button text (you can define this color by choosing the Color Icon in
Windows Control Panel).

Steps to Reproduce Behavior
- Change the color of your Button Text to red:
Windows 3.x and Windows NT 3.51

In the Main group of the Program Manager, double-click the Control Panel
icon, and then double-click the Color icon. Choose the Color Palette
button. Under Screen Element, choose Button Text. Change Button Text to
red. Select OK, and then close the Control Panel.
Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0

Secondary-click anywhere in the desktop. On the popup menu, choose
Properties. Select the Appearance tab. In the Item list, click 3D
Objects. Click the lower Color list box, on the right-hand side of the
dialog box, and choose red. Click OK.
- In Microsoft Excel, type some text into cell A1 of a new sheet.
- From the Data menu, choose PivotTable.
- Choose the Next button to go to the Step 2 of 4 window.
- In the new sheet, select cells A1 and A2 .
- Click Next to proceed to step 3.
- Drag the field button anywhere on the PivotTable layout.
- The color will change to red.
