The information in this article applies to:
When you print a sheet of labels using Word 6.0, the label information (text) appears, by default, in the top-left corner of the label.
Note: If you use either of the following methods in a print merge main document, the Suppress Blank Line option does not work.
1. From the Edit menu, choose Replace.
2. In the Find What box, type "^p" (without the quotation marks), for
paragraph mark.
3. In the Replace With box, type "^l" (lowercase L, without the quotation
marks), for newline mark.
4. Choose the Replace All button.
5. Choose the Close button.
6. From the Edit menu, choose Select All.
7. From the Format menu, choose Paragraph.
8. Increase Line Spacing Before to the amount of empty space you want to
appear before the first line of text on your label.
9. Choose OK.
1. Follow steps 1-7 above to convert the paragraph marks to newline marks.
2. Increase the Left Indentation the amount you want your label text
moved to the right.
3. Choose OK.
