SYMPTOMS
When an SGML instance (.sgm) is imported and parsed by the converter, lowercase and mixed-case attribute names are converted to uppercase. This is contrary to how the attribute names appear in the RTF feedback file (.FBK) within Word for Windows and how the SGML instance (.sgm) appears when viewed as Text-Only.
This is by design within the import parser.
SGML Author's converter writes out the SGML instance and the feedback file in the same case as entered in the Word for Windows document. When an SGML instance is imported into Word for Windows, the SGML parser converts everything to uppercase when it parses the document.
