If you print several documents at once using the Find File command on the File menu in Word for Windows to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 520, 550, or 560 printer (DESKJETC.DRV version 4.0 or 4.1), you will receive the following error messages if the Background Printing option is selected:
Printer is busy - cannot print. Try again when the printer is free.
Windows needs more disk space to print this document.
Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup.
This problem has also been reported with the Canon BJ-200e.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Use the following procedure to disable background printing in Word:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.
2. Select the Print tab.
3. Clear the Background Printing option and then choose OK.
Your documents should now print correctly from the Find File dialog box.
