The information in this article applies to:
The Close All command, accessed by pressing the SHIFT key while choosing the File menu, closes only the current document instead of all open documents.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Assistant for Word for Windows versions 1.0, and 1.0z. This problem was corrected in Internet Assistant version 2.0 for Word for Windows 95.
Method 1: Temporarily disable the WORDHTML.WLL file. To do this, choose
Templates from the File menu. In the Global Templates and Add-
ins list, clear the WORDHTML.WLL check box and choose OK.
Method 2: Create the following macro and store it in your Normal
template. If you name the macro FileCloseAll, then this macro
will execute when you select Close All (accessed by pressing
SHIFT and choosing the File menu).
          SubMain
          FileCloseAll
          EndSub
