The information in this article applies to:
If you use Microsoft Direct Mail Manager to print mailing addresses to a small label size, long addresses may wrap to the next line of the label, cutting off the city, state, and postal code.
Microsoft Direct Mail Manager uses a 12 point font when creating the mailing labels. Longer addresses may not fit on smaller labels and parts of the address will be cut off.
Use a larger label, such as Avery 5160, or shorten the longer address if possible.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
For more information about mailing labels, on the Index tab in Microsoft Direct Mail Manager Help, type "labels," click to select "Mailpiece Design Options dialog box" and then click Display.
Additional informational is available through the Microsoft Direct Mail Manager Web site. You can access this Web site by clicking the "Learn More" button on the Welcome screen of Microsoft Direct Mail Manager.
