The Newsletter Wizard supplied with Word for Windows does not provide character formatting options (for example, you cannot change the font or point size of characters).
To modify the character formatting in the Newsletter Wizard, use the following method to modify the styles in the Newsletter Style templates (Classic1.dot, Classic2.dot, Classic3.dot, Classic4.dot, Modern1.dot, Modern2.dot, Modern3.dot, and Modern4.dot if you are using Word for Windows; Classic1 News Format, Classic2 News Format, Classic3 News Format, Classic4 News Format, Modern1 News Format, Modern2 News Format, Modern3 News Format, and Modern4 News Format if you are using Word for the Macintosh).
NOTE: Microsoft does not support the modification of its wizards or templates. Modifications done by the user are at the user's risk and constitute no obligations or warranties, either written or expressed, by Microsoft.
1. Before you modify your Newsletter Wizard or any of its style templates,
