When you insert an image or browse a document that contains an image, the following text is displayed instead of the image:
[image not loaded]
This behavior occurs when using Internet Assistant on the Windows NT 3.51
operating system only. Browsers, such as Netscape and Internet Works
Internet Assistant, display the image correctly.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Assistant for Word, versions 1.0 and 1.0z, when using Windows NT 3.51. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Place the image in the root directory (C:\). Save the HTML document in the root directory (C:\) before you insert the picture into your HTML document. The picture will now display correctly.
Note: The root directory must be C:\. A root directory such as D:\ will result in the [image not loaded] placeholder.
