The information in this article applies to:
Text within a table that has been formatted as All Caps, loses capitalization after you export your document to HTML. By contrast, text that is not inside a table that has been formatted as All Caps, retains the capitalization after you export your document to HTML.
Use a text editor, such as Notepad, and manually type the text in uppercase.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Assistant for Word, version 2.0z. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
