You receive one of the following error messages:
InternetWorks Error 80080005
InternetWorks Error 80040155
when you open a Uniform Resource Locator (URL).
Internet Assistant is not registered correctly.
To correctly register Internet Assistant, do any of the following:
Method 1: From File Manager, double-click the IWIA.EXE file in the
<Winword>\INTERNET subdirectory. Internet Assistant will start
and register itself.
Method 2: Uninstall Internet Assistant, and then install it again.
Method 3: If your registration database (REG.DAT) is damaged or corrupt,
you can rebuild it, and then use Method 1 or 2 to correctly
register Internet Assistant. For additional information on how to
rebuild your registration database, please see the following
article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
