The information in this article applies to:
When you print large font sizes (near 630 points) to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet Series III, IIIsi, IIIP, IIID, or LaserJet 4 printer, a blank piece of paper prints instead of the large character.
When you print on the HP LaserJet 4 printer, a "Memory Overflow" error occurs on the printer.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with the HP printer drivers for these printers (HPPCL5A.DRV and HPPCL5E.DRV). We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
