If you are in-place ("in situ") editing a Microsoft Graph object while in Word for Windows NT and you press ALT+TAB to go to Microsoft Access and then press ALT+TAB to return to Word, there may be a long delay while the in-place editing of Microsoft Graph is being redrawn.
Microsoft is researching this problem, and we will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Edit the graph in a window instead of using the in-place editing by following these steps:
1. Click on the graph once, so that it is selected.
2. From the Edit menu, choose Microsoft Graph Object, and then choose Open.
3. Edit the Graph object.
4. When you are done editing the graph, choose Exit And Return To Document
from the File menu in Graph.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
