The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSPages containing equations built with the Equation Editor Plug-in Module (PIM) may not print to PostScript printers. This can occur if the equations are formatted with TrueType fonts.
RESOLUTIONRedefine the Equation Styles to PostScript fonts, and the pages will print correctly. To change the styles in the Equation Editor and correct existing equations, follow these steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Word versions 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, for the Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
