The return and delivery addresses are positioned incorrectly when you print an envelope to the Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 6P printer.
This problem occurs when you use the default feed method for the Hewlett- Packard LaserJet 6P printer driver. This printer driver sends incorrect envelope feed information to Microsoft Word.
To work around this problem, do the following.
1. On the Tools menu, click Envelopes And Labels.
2. Click the Envelopes tab.
3. Click the Options button.
4. Click the Printing Option tab.
5. In the Printing Options dialog box, select the left portrait icon (4th
icon from the left), select the Face Up option, and click to clear the
Clockwise Rotation option.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the beginning of this article. We are is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
