The information in this article applies to:
Documents containing pictures that are saved as RTF while the "Track Changes While Editing" option is selected cause the pictures to be marked as changed when the RTF document is reopened.
Turn the "Track Changes While Editing" ("Mark Revisions While Editing" in Word 7.0) off before saving the document in Rich Text Format (RTF).
1. On the Tools menu, click Track Changes, then click Highlight
Changes.
2. From the Highlight Changes dialog, clear the "Track changes while
editing" check box, then click OK.

2. On the Revisions dialog, clear the "Mark Revisions While Editing"
check box, then click OK.
