SYMPTOMS
========
When you click Select All and then click Links on the Edit menu, the following
error message may appear:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
When you click Details, the following error message is displayed:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module MSO97.DLL at
0137:
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs when the document contains links to both floating (Float
Over Text) and inline objects.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Do Not Select All

Do not select linked floating and inline objects simultaneously before viewing
the Links dialog box.
Method 2: Convert the Floating Objects to Inline Objects
