WD98: Balloon Help Brings Up Full Help Over Dialog Boxes

SYMPTOMS

When you have Balloon Help turned on(On the Help menu click Show Balloons), the balloons may obscure a dialog box, making it impossible to make a selection.

RESOLUTION

On the Help menu, click Hide Balloons.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
