WD98: Letter Wizard Fails to Offer Salutation from Address Book

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Letter Wizard and you use the Address Book to add a recipient that has a salutation, the recipient's salutation does not appear in the Salutation section of the Letter Wizard Recipient panel.

WORKAROUND

After the Letter Wizard creates the letter, add the salutation.
