In Microsoft Word for Windows, selected print options remain active even if a different printer driver is configured and made active. Print options such as Reverse Print Order and Field Codes must be toggled on and off. Once selected, they remain active until you clear their check boxes.
Note: The following steps require that more than one printer driver be installed and that the printer drivers are active on different printer ports (for example, Epson 24 Pin on LPT1 and POSTSCRIPT on LPT2).
1. From the File menu, select Print. Choose the Options button, and
select the Reverse Print Order check box. Choose the OK button twice.
2. From the File menu, select Print Setup. Choose a different printer
from the list of installed printers. Choose the OK button.
3. From the File menu, select Print. Choose the Options button.
The Reverse Print Order option is still selected. Unless you clear the print options, they remain active until you exit Word for Windows.
