The information in this article applies to:
In Microsoft Access for Windows, if you insert a Word 6.0 document object into a bound OLE (object linking and embedding) frame on a form, the page width of the Word for Windows document may change to a negative measurement, and the column width may change to 0.01 inch.
These page layout settings change if the width of your object frame in Microsoft Access is greater than 12.5 inches. This problem does not occur if the width of your object frame is 12.5 inches or less.
The page width of your Word document changes to the width of the object frame on your Access form minus 25 inches. For example, if the width of the object frame on your form is 18 inches, the Page Width setting for your Word document object is -7 inches (18 minus 25).
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
You can manually change the page and column width settings.
