SYMPTOMS
========

You are an MSN Customer, you have moved, and you need to change your local
access numbers.

RESOLUTION
==========

To change local access numbers

1. Turn on the MSN Companion device and click "connection settings".

2. The "Dialup Troubleshooting Page" will open. Click "I heard an operator's
   error."

3. On the new page, click "I have moved to a different residence, and I need to
   choose new MSN access numbers."

4. Select one of the following options:

    - "I want to choose new MSN access numbers"

       - Type in your new home phone number. The option will dials you in and
         executes POP lite.

    - "I want to contact Technical support"

       - Contacts technical support. Technical Support can use the dialing
         command to walk the customer through changing phone numbers.

    - "Never mind - I want to try again without making any changes"

       - Allows you to try again without making any changes
