Start Outlook Express. 2. On the Tools menu, select Accounts. 3. In the Accounts window, click New. 4. Select Hotmail as the Account Type, and then click OK. 5. On the Edit Account window, configure the account with the following settings: - Account name: A user-friendly name to describe the account. Example: My Hotmail e-mail - Name: A "Display Name" that will be associated with all e-mail messages sent from that account. Example: John Doe - E-mail address: Your @msn.com email address. Example: msnuser@hotmail.com - Account ID: Your Hotmail member ID, this will be all characters before the "@" symbol in your email address.
