When you paste a picture of a copied cell, the picture of the cell appears to be missing the lower-right pixel.
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:

To resolve this problem, change the gridline color before you copy the cell. To change the gridline color, use the following steps:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. In the Options dialog box, click the View tab. On the View tab, change
the gridline color by clicking a color in the Color list.
The color black generally works well and prevents the problem.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
In Microsoft Excel, you can create a picture of a chart, cells, or an object. Cell gridlines appear in the picture if they are displayed. To omit gridlines, click Options on the Tools menu, click the View tab, and then clear the Gridlines check box. For example, use the following steps:
1. On the worksheet or chart sheet, select the cells or click the chart
or object you want to copy as a picture.
2. Hold down SHIFT and click Copy Picture on the Edit menu.
3. For the best picture quality, click to select "As shown on screen" and
Picture, and then click OK.
4. Click the worksheet or other document in which you want to paste the
picture.
5. Click Paste.
NOTE: To paste information you copied from another program as a picture in Microsoft Excel, hold down SHIFT and click Paste Picture or Paste Picture Link on the Edit menu.
