When you add a ListBox control to a UserForm, the width of the ListBox may change unexpectedly.
The width of a ListBox control may change unexpectedly if both of the following conditions are true:

To prevent the ListBox from being resized, use a value greater than zero for the width of the first column in a multicolumn ListBox control.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
For more information about the ListBox control, click the Office Assistant in the Visual Basic Editor, type "listbox," click Search, and then click to view "ListBox Control."
