SYMPTOMS
========

After you apply Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 on a computer running
Microsoft Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS), static 1C records in the WINS
database may be overwritten during WINS replication with dynamic records or
merged with other 1C records.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
