CAUSE ===== This issue can occur for any of the following reasons: - You exported the Security Certificate from Netscape Navigator. - You are trying to import a Security Certificate that uses the SMIME security standard. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT version 4.0 or the individual software update.
